The old cover was replaced with a new one. A special printed fabric made of 100% cotton was used for this purpose, imported directly from Venice. It comes from the renowned fabric manufacturer FORTUNY, founded in 1919 by Mariano Fortuny on the island of Giudecca. The fabric is colored GLICINE Rust & Blue on a parchment texture (color 5185). The wisteria, also known as GLICINE, brightens Fortuny’s garden in late spring with its purple flowers and fresh scent. This motif of intertwined vines and lush flowers reflects the fertility of the season and the splendor of a formal garden. The fabric lends the sofa elegance, harmony, and a coherent overall look.
